About me

"Mir geht es darum, mittels Selbstkenntnis und der Unterstützung von effektiven Methoden individuelle Herausforderungen anzugehen, um gemeinsam als Menschheit zu gedeihen und letztlich ein glücklicheres und gesünderes Leben miteinander zu führen."
JULIKA WEBER

I was born in Germany in the year of the Earth Dragon in 1988. According to Western astrology I am a Leo and according to Human Design I am a Manifestor. I spent my childhood in a hippie village of dropouts in northern Italy. After graduating from high school I first studied contemporary dance at the art academy in Holland (ArteZ). Then I went to Nepal and India for 4 years to study Buddhism and yoga. Back in Europe I integrated Western healing knowledge into my knowledge base, including through hypnosis, which I was able to experience the greatest healing effect with. Today I live between the southern Black Forest and Tuscany and work as a mindfulness and yoga teacher and coach.

My whole life revolves around the exploration of body and mind, and the question of how we can use these two elements to relate to our own vitality in order to live connected, healthy and dignified lives.

The core of my work is to support people to grow independently, to feel their bodies and to integrate old burdens in order to be healthy, strong and vibrant in life. In my work with hypnosis, I help to clarify the various challenges of being human, to broaden perspectives, to better understand one's own reactions and to transform difficulties. I support people in integrating blockages on a mental and emotional level in order to be able to experience and expand their own inner resources. In cycle work, I accompany women in getting to know the female body in order to strengthen their psychophysical well-being and self-confidence as a woman. With mindfulness, I train the ability of self-observation, presence and the inner center for well-being, concentration and mental calm.

I am a trained mindfulness teacher (® Jack Kornfeld and Tara Brach), somatic yoga teacher (® Maja Zilih), hypnosis coach (® Omni International) and menstrual cycle coach (® Red School) and completed an MA in Buddhist studies and Tibetology at the University of Vienna. I give mindfulness courses, yoga classes, hypnosis coaching, cycle hypnosis and menstrual cycle advice.

My Cycle History

I suffered from severe menstrual cramps and a feeling of not belonging all my life. My female body felt like a burden. I often wished I were a man.

My cycle and I:

A few years ago (I think it was 2017) during a study trip to Nepal, my period pains hit me like never before. I was close to fainting from the strong cramps. That had never happened to me before. I have always had severe pain during my period and had to take 400mg of ibuprofen, but it was never so severe that I was close to fainting. I had now completed a yoga teacher training and was closer to my body than before. Suddenly it dawned on me: "This is NOT normal!" I had the feeling that my body was trying to send me a message that I had never learned to listen to. I had to get in touch with what was going on inside me. I had to respond to this call through the pain inside me. So I started to get to know my female body and my menstrual cycle. I took online courses, read books and observed what I had learned in myself. Many years have passed since then. My life has turned 180°. My biggest realization? Our bodies are wiser than our minds. The more you ignore them, the more they rebel. They were never the problem. All my life I had lived against my natural rhythms. In a society that emphasizes masculinity so much and doesn't know any better, I, like most women, conformed at a VERY HIGH price: completely ignoring my female body. Today I think this is probably the main reason why so many women like me suffer from PMS, menstrual cramps, chronic fatigue, depression, anxiety... the list goes on. I had all of these symptoms. "Today, after years of cycle formation, I know that women are naturally cyclical beings. This means that they are not meant to be the same, feel the same, behave the same, or be equally productive every day of the month." This was probably the biggest insight and access to my own freedom. I now live as much as possible in harmony with my cycle. I allow myself the breaks I need, work less and put less pressure on myself. I know when I need to pay attention to what, whether it's with my diet, detoxification or simply slowing down. I have much more self-confidence and have found my sense of inherent dignity as a woman. And yes, I haven't needed ibuprofen for a long time. I don't have PMS anymore either. That's why I'm here to show you what has changed my life as a woman.
